Spa Policies

 

Prior to making a reservation

  • A major credit card will be obtained to reserve your scheduled appointment. Please be advised as service costs may change without notice 

Cancellations

  • If you are unable to make your appointment please call the spa at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. All appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full value of each missed service.

Children

  • We at Bella Mano love children! Unfortunately, we are unable to provide child care. For their safety and courtesy of all our guests we ask that you make alternate arrangements while visiting us.

Returns

  • Retail products may NOT be returned. Be sure to purchase confidently as we will not accept any returns.

Method of payment accepted​

  • No personal or business checks will be accepted. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.

Giftcards​

  • Gift Cards must be presented for redemption. Gift Cards are equivilant to cash, Bella Mano is NOT responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Scheduling​

  • We work together as a team and ​understand that not every technician can accommodate your schedule. Please feel free to schedule with one of our other team members.

Arrival

  • While we understand that circumstances can arise, we will always do our best to accommodate. If an unforeseen occurrence should cause our guests to be late please understand that we will only be able to provide the scheduled service with the time remaining upon arrival. Full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

Membership FAQ's

Do I need to make a reservation, or do you take walk-ins?

  • While we will always try to accommodate walk-ins, we do recommend you make a reservation to guarantee an appointment at the time you wish.  A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

 

How do I make an appointment?

  • Please visit our online scheduling tool on this website!  If you do not see any availability, please call at (781)-224-0800 or text us at (781) 462-7444.

 

What if I’m running late to my appointment?

  • We understand that circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate.  However, if an unforeseen circumstance should cause you to be late, please understand that we will only be able to provide the scheduled service with the time that remains upon your arrival.  Full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

  • Because treatments are reserved especially for you, please make any cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid fees.  All appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of the missed service.  All appointments that were scheduled as part of the membership program that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in that member forfeiting their scheduled service for that month.

 

How do I enroll in the membership program?

  • In person at Bella Mano Spa!  We will review the membership program and the package details with you and answer any questions you may have.  

 

What is your VIP Spa Points Rewards Program?

  • This is a way for members in our membership program to earn money off a select number of services offered (see our Membership Package Details handout for a most up-to-date list).  For every $1.00 spent during your membership, you earn 1 Spa Point.  Every 100 Spa Points earns $1.00, that may be applied to discount the standard fees charged for a select number of services.  Please note that Spa Points must be redeemed within 12 months of the Sign-up Date of initial membership enrollment, and Spa Points may not be redeemed for cash.

 

What services can I redeem my points for?

  • These services are subject to change, so contact a Bella Mano Spa employee for the most up-to-date list of offerings!

 

Can I combine my points with other offers?

  • Redemption of Spa Points may not be combined with any other offers.

I’m moving, can I cancel my membership agreement before the 12-months are up?

  • It’s possible!  Bella Mano Spa may request additional information or documentation.

 

I want to share my monthly service with my friend or family member. How do I do that?

  • The membership program allows you to share a service with a family member or friend four (4) times per year!  Please note that members may only share a service with a family member or friend once per quarter and not to the same friend or family member within more than one time per 12 months.  To do so, please call Bella Mano Spa or email us at reservations@bellamanodayspa.com so we can work with your family member or friend to get them scheduled!

 

Can I return a retail product that I purchased?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for retail products purchased.
